●Assisting one of the biggest suppliers of furniture and decorations in the process of acquiring several immovable assets in Romania in order to extend its activity locally.

●Assisting one of the biggest companies in the sports field in the leasing process of retail premises in several shopping malls located in Romania as well as throughout the entire period of the lease agreements regarding matters related to such agreements.

●Assisting one of the biggest local real estate developers in performing a due diligence analysis in view of acquisition of plot of land in the Eastern area of Bucharest.

●Assisting one of the largest vertically integrated aluminium producers in Europe in the process of launching a public offer of shares on the capital market.

●Assisting one of the biggest shipping carriers in Romania in the due diligence investigation conducted prior to releasing an offer for sale of shares.

●Advised a mining operator on matters regarding the removal from the forestry circuit and from the agriculture circuit of lands located in the mining perimeter.

●Assisting a Romanian company in relation to the defence strategy in a litigation concerning the annulment of the urbanistic zonal plan obtained for its construction project.
