Successfully representing the national association of insurers in front of the courts of law for the annulment of the sanctioning decision issued by the Romanian Competition Council in relation to the facilitation of an alleged increase of the premiums for MTPL insurance.

Assisting an international IT company in an investigation carried out by the Romanian Competition Council in relation to an alleged bid rigging practice (investigation closed without application of a fine, following the successful challenging of the investigation team report).

Assisting a local poultry meat producer during the investigation carried out by the Romanian Competition Council on the poultry production and trading market.

Assisting an international logistics developer with respect to the merger control proceedings concerning the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of three local companies operating logistics parks.

Assisting an international manufacturer of construction materials with respect to the merger control clearance proceedings concerning the acquisition of two local competitors.

Assisting a telecom infrastructure operator with respect to the sale of a segment of its OPGW conductor (optic fibre) to an electricity distributor.
