Denisa Frîncu

Since joining our team, more than 10 years ago, Denisa has been involved in a variety of transactional and non-transactional real estate, commercial and corporate matters, including legal due diligence investigations for the acquisition of real estate, construction projects, leasing and operational aspects, as well as drafting and negotiating various agreements. Her experience also covers urbanism and construction (including FIDIC contracts), fire safety regulations matters, as well as aspects related to renewable energy projects.

Representative work:

●Assisting one of the most important Romanian real estate developers in relation to the sale by way of a share deal of an office building located in the central area of Bucharest, part of an office buildings project.

●Assisting a construction materials manufacturer in relation to the negotiation of construction agreements (including FIDIC based) for a wind park to be established in the vicinity of one of the client’s factories and the relocation of a sector of an international gas pipeline.

●Assisting an international owner and manager of commercial properties in Central and Eastern Europe in relation to the intended acquisition of a plot of land of approximately 150,000 sq. m located in the proximity of Bucharest.

●Assisting a Belgium-based logistic facility developer, with respect to the acquisition of a logistic facility in the western part of Romania, including complex due diligence analysis, transaction structuring and transactional assistance.

●Assisting a leading international project development and construction company on various matters related to the development and leasing of three office projects in Bucharest.

●Assisting an important Romanian investment group in matters related to the development of a residential project in a central city in Romania, as well as with the leasing and operation of an office building in the central part of Bucharest.
