Calin is involved in disputes on real estate, civil and commercial matters, including in relation of performance of contractual obligations and enforcement proceedings. Furthermore, Calin is involved in complex insolvency cases.

Representative work:

●Assisting a leading international gambling operator in a dispute with the Romanian National Gambling Office, particularly with respect to the submission of a request for a preliminary ruling by CJEU.

●Assisting and representing a Korean investor regarding its claims against a series of Romanian insolvent debtors, in the field of renewable energy.

●Assisting a major landlord in relation to the eviction of one of its tenants, which operates in the field of television broadcasting.

●Assisting a Danish transportation company in relation to a dispute with a Romanian motor insurer, with respect to a subrogation claim filed before the Romanian courts.
