●Assisting a company active in health care and agriculture in challenging a EUR 1.6 million fine applied by the Romanian Competition Council in an alleged cartel case.

●Assisting a leading international project development and construction company in arbitration proceeding related to real estate rights.

●Assisting the Romanian subsidiary of one of the largest trading companies present on the market of constructions and construction materials in Central and Eastern Europe, in relation to the recovery of various receivables deriving from real estate projects in Romania.
