With experience in both litigation and legal consulting, Teodora provides clients with comprehensive legal support, providing courtroom representation for commercial and real estate disputes and offering guidance throughout the development and implementation of complex projects. Early in her career, she gained experience in advising on competition law, intellectual property, data protection, and consumer protection, building a broad, interdisciplinary understanding of the legal landscape for business.

Representative work:

●Assisting a shareholder of a company active in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector in court disputes arising from the annulment of decisions of the general meeting of shareholders, illegally adopted as a result of abuse of majority.

●Assisting a well-known international retailer in disputes regarding damages based on the termination of a lease agreement concluded with respect to built-to-suit logistic presmies.

●Assisting a major local developer of shopping centres involved in various litigation and enforcement proceedings concerning the recovery of rent, utility costs and service charges from tenants, as well as the drafting of administrative complaints against penalty notices imposed by Romanian authorities.

●Assisting a major real estate retail developer in a dispute regarding the suspension of enforcement of a court judgment requiring the opposing party to pay approximately EUR 82M.

●Assisting the Romanian branch of the worldwide leader in light and sustainable construction (mining industry) in litigation against a reputed Romanian company in the field of mining equipment manufacturing, related to the malfunction of an industrial equipment.
