●Assisting one of the shareholders of a company active in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector in various corporate court disputes, including promoting a litigation against the other shareholder of the company regarding misconduct in the administration of the company.

●Assisting a well-known international retailer in a dispute arising from the termination of the lease agreement where the client operated for more than ten years, the landlord claiming rent due until termination.

●Assisting one of the largest energy suppliers in Romania (electricity and gas) with defending against the claims of a large international industrial company in respect of the termination of the energy supply agreements.

●Assisting one of the most important telecom infrastructure construction companies in Romania in pre-litigious matters regarding a EUR 20M construction contract.

●Assisting a major Romanian electronics retailer in contentious proceedings for securing of evidence, initiated by a company active in the energy field.
