●Assisting an international Israeli based company in relation to the leasing of a premium office building located in the central part of Bucharest.

●Assisting a Romanian developer, mostly active in the residential area in the due diligence process related to the potential acquisition of a mixed-use building complex and several adjacent land plots in the northern part of Bucharest.

●Assisting an international investment company with respect to the sale through a competitive process of a portfolio of fully operational commercial spaces located in 30 cities in Romania.
