Assisting a distributor of agricultural machinery during an investigation conducted by the Romanian Competition Council on the market for agricultural machinery and equipment and concerning an alleged coordination of commercial policies with respect to prices.

Assisting one of the largest FMCG distributors in Central and Eastern Europe during the merger control procedure performed in front of the Romanian Competition Council with respect to the acquisition of control over one of the most important FMCG distributors in Romania.
