Mihaela Stoian

Mihaela’s area of expertise covers commercial matters, being mainly involved in various complex Corporate and M&A projects, as well as Finance & Banking projects. She has experience in advising domestic and international companies on commercial transaction, by participating in due diligence procedures and drafting corporate documentation. Mihaela has also provided legal assistance on day-to-day corporate governance matters, implemeting operations such as share capital increases, change of the object of activity and share transfers.

Representative work:

●Assisting a brand new national insurance company in the authorization process, in order to enter the insurance market;

●Assisting a relevant international company active in the health and fitness sector on various commercial and regulatory matters, including the incorporation of a new limited liability company in Romania;

●Assisting various clients regarding labor law matters, such as the dismissal process, aspects related to the non-competition clause, as well as revising employment agreements and management agreements;

●Assisting a group of companies from the industry sector on various insolvency and restructuring matters.
