Maria’s experience includes various high-profile litigation projects on public procurement, civil, commercial, and administrative disputes. Apart from those, she also has experience in employment and competition matters. Maria’s expertise includes assisting clients in every stage of a legal dispute (pre-litigation, negotiation, court proceedings, enforcement), having represented companies form various fields of activity, such as defence and security, retail, agriculture, technology, medical equipment, financial services and real estate.

●Assisting the world's leading provider of both flight and ground support services in a tort liability dispute related to an aviation incident on Baneasa International Airport, Bucharest.

●Assisting the leader of the defence and security market in Romania, in various disputes arising from the conclusion and execution of public procurement contracts.

●Assisting a medical equipment trading company, in a dispute arising from a public procurement procedure for works and products supply, initiated by a national hospital.

●Assisting clients operating in the leasing and insurance industries in disputes having as object challenges against decisions issued by the Competition Council, imposing fines for alleged concerted practice/cartel offences.

●Assisting a company specialized in the development and production of components for the automotive industry in a litigation against the Ministry of Public Finance, having as object the annulment of the Ministry’s decision to revoke and recover a state aid of approx. EUR 2.500.000.
