Laura Panait

Laura is involved in a variety of corporate and financing matters, including preparing finance documents and corresponding security packages. Laura also participates to due diligence reviews and works on a wide range of commercial agreements.

Representative work:

●Assisting a Belgian investment fund in relation to a complex due diligence analysis in view of re-financing its portfolio comprised of 15 retail parks located in Romania.

●Assisting a German asset management company in the sale by way of a share deal of its office project located in the northen Bucharest having a leasable area of 37,500 sq. m.

●Assisting a leading international project development and construction company, active in Europe, the US and Latin America, in relation to various matters related to the leasing of its office project located in the northern Bucharest, comprising of two office buildings having an aggregate leasable area of approx. 40,000 sq.m.

●Assisting a commercial real estate developer and asset manager with offices in Prague and Bucharest in various leasing matters in relation its office project consisting of three buildings with leasable area of approx. 39,000 sq. m to be developed in Bucharest.

●Assisting a long-term investor in prime income producing commercial properties in the SEE region in relation with various leasing matters in relation to its office project located in Northern Bucharest, consisting of approximately 70,000 sq. m. of leasable area.
