●Assisting a multinational company providing catering and cleaning service in the closure of an operational unit, including initiating and managing a collective redundancy procedure and coordinating with labour authorities and trade unions.

●Assisting an international automotive manufacturer in complying with the legal requirements in view of establishing fully compliant local operations.

●Assisting a big four company with day-to-day employment law matters, including internal investigations, disciplinary procedures, restructurings, and strategic advisory on workforce compliance and risk mitigation.
