●Assisting one of the world’s largest alternative investments managers, member of a German bank, in the largest real estate transaction to date in Romania, valued at EUR 340M and consisting of the acquisition of two office and two residential buildings.

●Assisting one of the largest real estate developers in Romania in relation to the development and sale of an office building located in the centre of Bucharest.

●Assisting one of the leading development and construction companies in Europe with regards to its first office development project in Bucharest, comprising of three office buildings of approximately 52,000 sq. m leasable area.

●Assisting one of the most important real estate developers in Romania in relation of the divestment of an office project located in Bucharest consisting of three buildings, in three different phases, having an aggregate area of 80,000 sq. m and a transaction of EUR 200M.

●Assisting one of the largest real estate developer in Romania in connection with the development of an A class office building located in Northern Bucharest with a leasable area of more than 55,000 sq. m.

●Assisting one of the largest industrial real estate developers in Europe in relation to the sale of an industrial park located in Timisoara.

●Assisting the winning consortium composed of two major European infrastructure companies regarding the public procurement procedure for the award of the construction and operation contract for the Comarnic-Brasov motorway.
