Representative work:

●Assisting a major Belgian retail park developer in implementing the investment of a new shareholder in the Romanian subsidiaries, including the establishment of the corporate relation and related financing operations.

●Assisting a Romanian group of companies operating high-end hotels in various day to day corporate matters, including shares transfers and share capital increase operations.

●Assisting a British investment fund with the divestment of a shopping centre located in a secondary city in Romania to an international property investment and management fund.

●Assisting a leading construction materials manufacturer with respect to the potential acquisition of a company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, including by providing regulatory, structuring and transactional advice.

●Assisting the real estate vehicle of a banking institution with post-closing matters related to the divestment of its participation in two companies owning three landmark hotels located in downtown Bucharest.
