●Assisting an international food and beverage company in performing due diligence analysis regarding immovable assets acquired by the client throughout Romania.

●Assisting a Romanian company controlled by a fund manager focused on CEE real estate investments on operational and leasing matters related to an office complex located in the northern part of Bucharest, with a GLA of approx. 78,000 sq. m.

●Assisting one of the largest Romanian real estate developers in relation to the leasing of a premium office park located in the central part of Bucharest.
