Antonia has a significant experience in a wide array of real estate matters, ranging from asset and share deal transactions, to legal title, urbanism and corporate due diligence, leasing of real estate properties, as well as real estate litigation and corporate matters.

Representative work:

Assisting a major Romanian real estate developer in the process of leasing an office complex located in Bucharest, comprising three office buildings with a total gross leasable area of over 80,000 sq. m, including the negotiation of a lease agreement concluded with the local branch of a major US-based global IT company for approx. 10,000 sq. m.

Assisting a leading international project development and construction company in relation to (i) various matters related to the development and leasing of two office projects located in the northern and western parts of Bucharest, comprising of six office buildings having an aggregate leasable area of approx. 120,000 sq. m and (ii) the title and urbanism due diligence analysis over a land of approx. 15,000 sq. m located in the centre of Bucharest and the potential acquisition thereof.

Assisting several international clients active in the retail industry in the negotiation and execution of lease agreements for retails premises located in existing malls in Constanta, Sibiu and Satu Mare.

Advising an international company with the acquisition by way of a share deal of an agricultural land with an area of approx. 920 ha, located in Vaslui County and with the related legal due diligence analysis.

Assisting an Israeli based real estate developer with (i) the title and permitting due diligence analysis for a land located in Pipera, Voluntari and (ii) the sale of apartments located in a residential complex comprised of six buildings.

Assisting an international contractor specialized in the construction and development of retail properties in relation to the sale of a portfolio comprising nine properties located in Romania by means of a business transfer agreement.
