Before joining PeliPartners’ team, Andrada was an associate at PeliFilip. Andrada’s main area of practice is real estate. She has been involved in a variety of transactional and non-transactional real estate matters, including due diligence investigations for the acquisition and sale of real estate and preparing a wide range of agreements, including lease agreements for office premises, as well as various service contracts.
●Assisting a leading international project development and construction company in relation to (i) the potential acquisition of a land plot of approximately 14,500 sq. m. located in Bucharest, (ii) the leasing of an office building complex of approximately 40,000 sq. m leasable area located in the northern part of Bucharest and (iii) various matters related to the leasing of other office projects.
●Assisting a leading real estate development and investment company operating in Central and Eastern Europe in performing a legal due diligence analysis in relation to the potential acquisition of a land plot of approximately 42,500 sq. m. located in the proximity of Bucharest.
●Assisting a multinational company, world leader in integrated transportation systems, in performing a due diligence analysis in relation to matters under Yellow FIDIC based contracts for construction works of a railway in Romania.
●Assisting a countrywide medical service provider in performing a legal due diligence analysis in relation to the potential acquisition of a medical centre in an important city in Romania.
●Assisting a leading wind farm developer, active in South-Eastern Europe, in performing a legal due diligence analysis in relation to the potential acquisition of a wind farm project of approximately 250 MW.
