Ana’s experience includes various litigation areas, such as commercial disputes, encompassing both corporate and contractual disputes, civil and real estate matters. Ana has represented the firm’s clients in enforcement proceedings, skilfully navigating the complexities of executing judgments and securing assets. In addition, she has extensive experience in disputes arising from insolvency proceedings, advising both creditors and debtors.

Representative work:

●Assisting one of Europe's leading food retailers in pursuing a series of challenges against the decisions of the National Authority for Consumer Protection to sanction the client, ranging from pecuniary fines to the suspension of the commercial activity of certain retail units.

●Assisting the Romanian branch of the worldwide leader in light and sustainable construction (mining industry) in defending against a court claim promoted by a subcontractor with respect to a claim of non-performance of the payment obligation.

●Assisting one of the largest energy suppliers in Romania in a series of disputes initiated by (i) an international industrial group with various factories across Romania, (ii) an important paper manufacturer arising from the client’s termination of energy and natural gas supply contracts, due to the rejection of the new proposed contractual prices.

●Assisting a real estate developer in litigation and enforcement procedures concerning the recovery of rent, utility costs and service charge against a tenant managing one of the most well-known fast-food chains in Romania.

●Assisting a multinational retail company in a court dispute arising from the lease agreement initiated by the landlord regarding an unusual obligation provided under the lease agreement.

●Assisting a major real estate developer in a series of disputes having as object the annulment and/or suspension of the building permit obtained by the client for the development of a residential project.
