●Assisting the owner of the second largest shopping centre in the northern area of Bucharest, with respect to various leasing matters related to the tenants in its retail property.

●Assisting an international global financial services group operating in asset management, leasing and asset financing, market access, commodity trading, renewables development, specialist advisory, capital raising and principal investment in relation to various leasing matters related to its office building located in the CBD area of Bucharest.
