In addition, Alexandra has significant experience in negotiating and preparing lease agreements for both office and retail spaces, acting on both the landlords’ and the tenants’ side. Beyond this, she’s skilled at advising on real estate development and handling corporate and commercial matters.

Representative work:

●Assisting a leading international project development and construction company on various matters related to the development, leasing and divestment of its first three office projects in Romania. The aggregate value of the transactions exceeds EUR 160M.

●Assisting a real estate fund controlled by a Maltese fund management entity focusing on real estate investments in the acquisition of an office complex located in Bucharest, comprising three buildings, in an EUR 150M transaction. Further assisting the client in the largest office lease renewal in the past decade in Romania.

●Assisting a leading logistics real estate player based in Belgium in the acquisition of three logistic sites located throughout Romania, in a transaction of approximately EUR 110M.

●Assisting two Belgian investment funds in the acquisition of an extensive portfolio of over 20 retail projects located in Bucharest and various secondary cities in Romania and in the subsequent sale of their Romanian retail portfolio.

●Assisting a Polish developer in the acquisition of plots of land located in several secondary cities in Romania in view of the development of retail parks, as well as in the divestment of one of their projects to an alternative real estate investment fund.

●Assisting a publicly listed Austrian company with focus on retail and office sectors, in the acquisition of an A class building located in the centre of Bucharest. Further assisting the client in the subsequent sale of the property to one of the leading real estate development, management and investment companies, operating in CEE.
