Alexandra Ioniță

During her 8 years of experience, Alexandra has been involved in numerous real estate investment and divestment transactions. Her work ranges from due diligence review to preparing transaction documents and assisting clients on various post-transactional matters. Alexandra’s background also includes advising clients on real estate development matters, construction agreements, preparing and negotiating lease agreements for office and retail premises, and assisting clients on corporate and commercial aspects.

Representative work:

●Assisting a leading international project development and construction company on various matters related to the development, leasing and divestment of its first three office projects in Romania. The aggregate value of the transactions exceeds EUR 160M.

●Assisting a UK based investment fund in relation to the exit from one of its retail projects in Romania by means of share deal to a South African investment fund. The value of the transaction is approximately EUR 100M, which makes it one of the largest transactions in Romania to date for the retail sector outside of Bucharest.

●Assisting one of the leading real estate companies in CEE region in relation to the acquisition from an Austrian group of two office buildings located in the central part of Bucharest, having an aggregate gross leasable area of approximately 15,000 sq. m.

●Assisting two Belgian investment funds in relation to the acquisition of an extensive portfolio of over 20 retail projects located in Bucharest and various secondary cities in Romania.

●Assisting the leading European home improvement retailer with over 1,100 stores across 10 countries in relation to the acquisition of the Romanian operations of one of the major home improvement and DIY chains in Romania.
