●Assisting a leading Romanian telecommunication company in relation to a complex refinancing, through the issuance of bonds amounting to EUR 200M; the project involved, inter alia, extensive due diligence in a highly regulated field and assistance with reviewing the prospectus.

●Assisting a Romanian leading automotive company on the restructuring process of the group.

●Assisting on corporate matters an international leading group of companies in the construction industry for their entry on the Romanian market.

●Assisting a leading Romanian laboratory analysis company on corporate matters in a highly regulated legal area.
