Cătălina’s areas of expertise include competition law, commercial, as well as public procurement, retail and consumer law. She was involved in various projects related to competition matters, assisting clients during all stages of an investigation across various industries, such as: market for commercialization agricultural machinery, tools and equipment in Romania, the market of eggs’ production and marketing, insurance services market, wood procurement market, the market of travel products trading, leasing market or financial market. She has also assisted companies during economic concentrations control of the Competition Council, as well as with drafting their commercial policies, discount policies and reviewing agreements on competition matters.

With nearly a decade of experience in corporate and transactional work, Costin advises local and multinational companies, investment funds and high-growth companies on complex M&A transactions and commercial matters, leading domestic and cross-border deals from due diligence and structuring through to negotiation and closing. His practice spans across a wide range of industries, including real estate, technology, retail and investment sectors.

Ana’s experience includes various litigation areas, such as commercial disputes, encompassing both corporate and contractual disputes, civil and real estate matters. Ana has represented the firm’s clients in enforcement proceedings, skilfully navigating the complexities of executing judgments and securing assets. In addition, she has extensive experience in disputes arising from insolvency proceedings, advising both creditors and debtors.

Furthermore, Ciprian is involved in dispute resolution projects, covering multiple areas of expertise.

With a background of more than 15 years in real estate transactions, Ioana has advised leading international developers and operators in office, retail, infrastructure, residential, industrial, logistics, as well as energy projects. Ioana has also gained extensive experience on corporate governance during a two year in-house counsel position with Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund Ltd.
