With a significant experience in landmark transactions and projects, Oana Bădărău is Partner and Head of Real Estate & PPP at PeliPartners, coordinating the practice that gathers one of the largest and most experienced real estate legal teams in Romania. Prior to joining PeliPartners, Oana was Partner and Head of Real Estate at a local law firm. Oana’s expertise includes real estate transactions, development and financing of projects, land acquisition, leasing, urban planning. Oana advises regularly on construction law, particularly by providing legal assistance on FIDIC forms and FIDIC adjudication/arbitration.
With more than 15 years of experience in the legal field and holding a PhD in Commercial Law, Ana specializes in a wide range of litigation, including with respect to shareholder protection against abuse of minority/majority rights and in boardroom risks and liabilities. Ana also advises on alternative dispute resolution procedures as an arbitrator or mediator and assists clients on corporate and regulatory matters.
