ZF Bankers Summit 2023

Carmen Peli attended the first day of debates at the ZF Bankers Summit 2023, in a discussion on the corporate financing market.

Our colleague explained that the lending market in Romania is showing notable activity across various sectors, with banks acting in clubs or through direct financing.

Carmen also mentioned that Company Law no 31/1990 has certain outdated provisions adding unnecessary risks and a significant revision is on the “wish list” of the corporate investors and banks.
