PeliPartners Assisted Hidroelectrica at the Closing of the Transaction with UCM Reșița

PeliPartners has assisted Societatea de Producere a Energiei Electrice în Hidrocentrale Hidroelectrica at closing of the transaction with respect to the business lines related to the ABC platform and Câlnicel platform, previously owned by UCM Reșița, the oldest industrial unit in Romania.

The transaction was completed on 11 March 2024, as a result of the fulfilment of all conditions precedent provided under the framework agreement dated 8 December 2023.
