PeliPartners Acting for Mitiska REIM in the Refinancing of the Intercora Retail Portfolio

Mitiska REIM operates a portfolio of 26 retail parks in Romania, with a total area of 110,000 square meters. This is the largest portfolio of retail parks of a single operator in Romania. Mitiska REIM manages the Romanian portfolio on behalf of two funds – First Retail International (FRI) and First Retail International 2 (FRI2).

This year, FRI has secured a EUR 27mln facility from Erste Group AG for refinancing the Intercora portfolio, comprising 7 retail parks, acquired in 2007. PeliPartners was the legal consultant of Mitiska REIM in this project.
